Esteemed composer Oscar Navarro premiere’s his epic work Noah’s Ark inspired by the anger of God, the clamor of animals, the flood, and the earth’s rebirth. Then Lancaster’s own father and son piano duo, Dr. Xun Pan and Max Pan, together will perform the quirky Concerto for Two Pianos by Mozart and the concert will close with the ever popular Bolero by Ravel. As Ravel composed this piece for a ballet, he said he imagined on stage an “open-air setting with a factory in the background, reflecting the mechanical nature of the music.”

The performance will run approximately one hour and 30 minutes in length, including a 20-minute intermission.
