6:30 - 8:00 PM - Race, Economics, and Environmental Health Why does the EPA exist? How does climate change occur? How do racism and classism contribute to our choices about waste management and resource extraction? Join Naturalist Erin Freeman for a brief series of interactive lectures on human environmental impact in the U.S. and beyond. Programs are geared for sixth grade and up, but all are welcome. Call (717) 295-2055 to register by noon on the Monday prior to each program. These programs are pay-as-you-will and all donations go to our Environmental Education Summer Camp Programs.
