Top Pretzels Places in Lancaster, PA

Not your average pretzel, Lancaster County offers a PA Dutch twist.

Lancaster, PA is known for being home to America's first commercial pretzel bakery, which was established in 1861 in Lititz. As a result, pretzels have become a staple food here and the county is home to numerous family-owned and national pretzel bakeries.

While some people may believe that a pretzel is just a pretzel, some people prefer their pretzels hard and crunchy, while others prefer them soft. Some like them salty, while others none. And let's not forget about the dessert varieties, such as cinnamon and sugar or chocolate-covered pretzels.

If you happen to be in Lancaster, be sure to try out different kinds of pretzels so that you can develop your own pretzel palate.
