Choo Choo Barn features more than 1,700 square feet of special model train displays with more than 150 hand-built animated figures & vehicles, and 22 operating trains.

Strasburg Rail Road Traveling aboard authentic passenger cars, pulled by a massive, coal-burning steam locomotive, there's beauty as far as the eyes can see. Your journey starts with a 45-minute train ride on America's oldest short-line railroad - circa 1832. Travel in Coach to First-Class or Open Air to the Dining Car - one is sure to please.
After a train ride, it only makes to learn more about trains. Next door at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, you can take the throttle in an authentic freight locomotive cab, sit in an engineer's seat, explore a caboose, experience a turn-of-the-20th-century passenger station and inspect a 62-ton locomotive from underneath. See a world-class collection of more than 100 historic locomotives and vintage railroad cars. Before you leave, stop at the “Whistle Stop Shop” Museum Store.
Dinner time! Isaac's Famous Grilled Sandwiches in Strasburg has awesome grilled sandwiches, hearty soups, fresh green salads, desserts and a great Kid's Menu. You can even dine in a dining railroad car!
Although the day nears the end, there’s another fun surprise. The Red Caboose is Lancaster County's most unusual motel, restaurant and gift shop. Sleep in a restored 25-ton caboose and listen to and watch the Strasburg Rail Road's steam engines go by. Children of all ages will love the buggy rides, petting zoo and playground located onsite.
