Mennonite Life Visitors Center

The Mennonite Life Visitors Center offers information and insight on the life and beliefs of the Amish and Mennonites.

March through December, Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30am - 4pm.

A complimentary movie and exhibit are provided on-site. Staff persons are available to answer questions and locate information for guests. The Center features maps, brochures, and local information. Be sure to browse the store, which features a wide selection of Christian books, Bibles in both English and Spanish, Bible study materials, locally made gifts and Ten Thousand Villages fair trade items.

The Mennonite Life Visitors Center also houses a Biblical Tabernacle Reproduction, a full-size model of Moses' Tabernacle in the Wilderness. Guided presentations are offered at 10am, 12pm and 2pm (capacity 80 visitors). Showings are available for pre-reserved groups of 12 or more at 11am, 1pm and 3pm, in English and Spanish. The multimedia tour describes the history, construction and spiritual significance of this symbolic dwelling place of God.

The Mennonite Life Visitors Center is fully wheelchair accessible.
