Cycle along the 190-year-old canal towpath and former railroad while learning about local landmarks like Columbia Crossing River Trails Center, the landmark Columbia-Wrightsville Bridge, Point Rock Tunnel, the Cenozoic-era Chickies Rock Formation, the abandoned pig iron furnace complex, and the Chiques Creek – with some beautiful peeks at the Susquehanna River. Enjoy a pleasant break at the Furnace Road Day Use Area at Chickies Rock County Park. At the end of the tour, you're free to continue your ride on the eleven-mile trail.
