Mother’s Day should not be reserved just for humans! Learn about some astonishing mother & child relationships among various animal species with Naturalist Ellen Blazer. Elephants stay with their mothers for about 16 years after birth. In colonies of millions, bat mothers can re-locate their young based on scent (not sight!) to regurgitate food at dawn; some types of spiders are eaten alive to nourish their babies known as matriphagy. Register online or call (717) 295-2055 to register and prepay by noon on Friday, May 10. $2.00 per person. All ages
