Abide With Me -- Great Hymns in New Settings

We hope you will join us for an evening of familiar hymns in beautiful arrangements for horns, voice and piano. This concert will feature French horn performances by Lisa Bontrager, Distinguished Professor of Music at Penn State, and Timothy Shafer, Professor of Piano at Penn State. They will be joined by Tim’s daughters, Sarah Shafer, soprano, and Grace Salyards, French horn.

In accordance with social distancing guidelines, seating will be limited for this concert. In-person attendance will require preregistration, and for those who wish to attend remotely, livestreaming will be available through our website.
