Dessert Pairing Dinner
Enjoy five petite desserts paired with Winding Path craft beer and Wyndridge Cider Co. cider.
Each dessert is handcrafted for this event by Sous Chef Hunter Roloson for this event only! Beer and cider pairings are selected by Head Brewer & Cider Maker, Josh Slider.
1st Course | Coffee and a Donut
A Homemade glazed donut served warm with flavorful vanilla expresso whip cream. This dish functions to begin the evening in the same way many people start their mornings.
2nd Course | Maraschino Chocolate Mousse
Rich chocolate mousse laced with macerated maraschino cherries on top a warm bacon waffle.
3rd Course | Fresh berries with Cider Sabayon
Fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and black berries served in a petite martini glass. Sabayon is similar to a vanilla mousse, and while traditionally paired with prosecco, our New England Gale Cider will be used as a twist.
4th Course | Warm Streusel Peach Galette
An open-faced miniature pie, flavored with peach syrup and brown sugar, and topped with a streusel crumb
5th Course | Neapolitan Profiteroles
Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream stuffed between a cream puff. Each flavor will be served in it's own pastry.
