Who likes maple syrup on their pancakes!? Wouldn’t it be great to know how to make maple syrup? Join Naturalist Ann Strauss at Pavilion 11 in Central Park to learn the steps. We will start from the beginning, collecting sap, and follow through the process to produce maple syrup. This program is geared for children age 3 to 5. Siblings are welcome, please call to register them. Register online or call (717) 295-2055 to register and prepay by noon on Monday, March 1. $3.00 per child 3 and up and $1.00 per adult.
