The results have served as the basis for our new incentive program.
The program includes four levels, and here’s a snapshot of what’s included: Level 1 – As our thanks for your booking of 500+ peak room nights, we will give you a choice of 2 of the following: a $500 cash gift card,1 comp room for every 35 picked up, shuttle service to and from HIA airport for up to 7 VIPs, a complimentary Board of Directors dinner or reception for up to 15 people, and many more to choose from!
Level 2 – 300 – 499 peak rooms translates to a choice of 2 of the following: a $400 cash gift card, a 4% rebate to the Master Account on paid room nights,15% off the cost of your in-house A/V needs, a pre- or post-event for 10 board members (perhaps golf, a ball game or a guided tour), and many more to choose from!
And that’s just the first two levels! We also have great incentives for anyone booking 100-299 peak room nights (Level 3) and 50-99 peak room nights (Level 4).
Applies only to new bookings issued and signed definite between January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012 for travel prior to December 31, 2014. Intrigued? We hope so!
