It's time to thank a group of individuals who clean the rooms, serve delicious meals, ensure safety and fun within our attractions, and keeps our industry moving. The Discover Lancaster Host Awards celebrate the roles within our industry that too often go unnoticed and un-thanked. Nominate your team and plan to attend the awards celebration March 15th!

As a highlight of the ceremony, the Leadership in Hospitality Award honors an exceptional individual who has made a lasting impact on Lancaster County’s tourism and hospitality industry. This award recognizes a career marked by dedication, excellence, and a true passion for our industry.
Through years of commitment and care, the recipient has consistently gone above and beyond to create memorable experiences, nurture colleagues, and embody the warmth and professionalism that define Lancaster County tourism.
Discover Lancaster will nominate a select group of individuals for this award, with final recipient chosen by our selection committee.
Brand-new for 2027, we will also be recognizing a Hospitality Hero to acknowledge a hospitality frontline team member who went above and beyond to solve a problem, save a guest experience, or support a colleague in an exceptional way.
Share a story that highlights your nominee’s exceptional service to also have them considered for the Hospitality Hero Award.

Congratulations! Once our finalists are announced you will receive a promo code from your nominating supervisor or manager to RSVP for yourself and a complimentary guest to attend the Awards Ceremony March 15, 2027. That evening if you are announced as the winner of your category, you will accept your award on stage. Additional questions can be directed to events@discoverlancaster.com.
RSVP deadline to attend the event is February 20, 2026.
Tickets will be available starting January 5th, 2027.

A selection committee composed of industry leaders and stakeholders who will select winners from the nominees based on selection criteria including: Productivity & Quality of Work, Initiative, Attitude, Service, and Teamwork.
Please arrive no earlier than 4:30 PM for the cocktail reception. Awards program will begin at 6 PM.
Anyone who would like to support the industry and finalists on this special night!
Yes! This event’s purpose is to celebrate and recognize the hard work of our many hospitality workers across our industry.
The cost to attend is $25 per person. Finalists and a guest are free!
This event is cocktail attire.
American Music Theatre has ample free parking in their lot with usher attendants available for assistance.
