The Summit is designed for tourism, hospitality, business, and marketing professionals from across Lancaster County. Business owners, nonprofit professionals, communications teams, content creators, sales professionals, and anyone involved in promoting an organization or connecting with customers may also find value in the program.
The Summit is designed for a range of experience levels. Sessions will focus on practical ideas and tools that attendees can adapt to their own roles, whether they are newer to marketing or have several years of experience.
Your ticket includes access to all Summit sessions, event materials, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, networking opportunities, and the closing networking mixer, where each attendee will receive two complimentary drink tickets.
Please check your registration confirmation email to see the session you selected. However, your choice is not final—you are welcome to attend a different session on the day of the Summit. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please include your dietary restrictions when completing the registration form. If your needs change after registering, contact the Discover Lancaster events team at events@discoverlancaster.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but options may be limited for restrictions submitted after the final catering deadline.
Business casual attire is recommended. We encourage you to dress comfortably, as the day will include sessions, walking between event spaces, and networking.
Yes. The schedule will include breaks between sessions, a lunch period, and opportunities to connect with other attendees throughout the day. Please review the final agenda for specific times.
We encourage you to attend Creating Strategic Partnerships, a facilitated roundtable focused on cross-promotion, shared audiences, local collaborations, packages, referrals, and new partnership opportunities. The session will be moderated by Molly Crouser of the Lancaster Chamber and is designed to help attendees exchange ideas and make meaningful connections.
You’ll also have opportunities to network during breaks, lunch, and the closing networking mixer. Come prepared to briefly share what your organization does, the types of partnerships you’re interested in, and your contact information.
Sessions are not currently scheduled to be recorded. Any changes or available recordings will be shared with registered attendees.
Presentation materials will be shared after the Summit when speakers have given permission for them to be distributed. Attendees will receive follow-up information by email.
We would love to hear your ideas. Attendees will have an opportunity to share feedback through the post-event survey. You may also email suggestions to events@discoverlancaster.com.
