On this 1 - hour boat tour, SNHA staff will introduce you to the story of this area’s Native Peoples' as you pass historic Native American sites.

People have been drawn to the Susquehanna for thousands of years, and the presence of Indigenous people in this landscape has created a rich legacy. Learn about the Native American man, Chief Uncas of the Mohegan people, whose fictionalized life inspired the naming of our historic vessel.

Arrive early or plan to stay after your tour and explore the Zimmerman Center's new gallery dedicated to the Susquehannock people. Take a hike through Native Lands County Park and walk in the footsteps of the Susquehannock people.
