All such visits are handled on an individual basis, must be submitted at least two weeks in advance, and are open to qualified journalists with confirmed assignments.
Assistance is provided at varying levels, depending on audience reach, and may include complimentary or media rate arrangements for lodging AND/OR some meals AND/OR some attraction admissions.
Transportation to/from/around Lancaster County is not included, and touring the destination is typically not accompanied but instead via an appropriate itinerary with listed site contacts.
