Murder Mystery Train Experience: “A Motif for Murder”

Dearest Friends and Family,

You are all cordially invited to the retirement party of possibly the most famous Jazz Pianist of the 1930s. Miles Bishop has decided that it’s finally time to turn in the ivories and settle into the simple life. But before he does, he is going out in style with a ride on the historic Strasburg Rail Road that will be full of music, laughter, and friends.

Unfortunately, things didn’t go quite as planned. Join Detective Sterling Hawthorn as he uncovers the truths of a life of fame and fortune, while the twists and turns of the track reflect the life of a man who has found great success but may have ruined the lives of others to get there. Who could the killer be? The high-powered agent, the famous singer, a jealous friend, or even the barman? It’s anyone’s guess!

A pre-show will begin 15 minutes before your departure. Please plan accordingly.

Ticket Inclusions

• A 45-minute steam train ride through the picturesque Amish Country.
  
• Exclusive and intimate events with limited seating per show feature a c.1930s costumed professional cast of actors
  
• One (1) beer, wine, or soda is included with each ticket. Additional alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic drinks may be purchased during the train ride.
• ATTENTION: Please note that passengers wanting alcohol must be age 21+ or older with a proper photo ID to board the train. Each guest will be carded, pursuant to state law. In addition, in accordance with Pennsylvania law, alcohol can only be served during the train ride. Alcoholic drinks must be consumed before exiting the train; alcohol is not permitted off the train. Strasburg Rail Road is not permitted to serve alcoholic drinks while the train is berthed in the Station.
