Description: This full-time, front line supervisory position provides oversight in the back of house kitchen area for the Cartoon Kitchen restaurant, located within the Cartoon Network Hotel. The role responsibilities include overseeing line cooks and kitchen team members to provide an exceptional dining experience to guests, making operational decisions, and purchasing and managing food and supply inventory. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager/Executive Chef.
