Café 1832 Team Members work together and alongside other Strasburg Rail Road crew to provide snacks, meals, beverages, and unique dining experiences both on and off the trains. The Sous Chef is responsible for planning and directing the food preparation for the Strasburg Rail Road’s Food & Beverage service. The Sous Chef will train and lead a culinary team charged with providing high-quality food & beverage options and exceeding Guest expectations. Furthermore, the Sous Chef is tasked with ensuring cleanliness and regulatory compliance in all areas of Strasburg Rail Road’s Food & Beverage operation. The Sous Chef will maintain accurate recipes and facilitate tastings for the Board of Directors and Team Members of the organization.
