Your entire family (or small group) can stay together at our BnB. Two of our three suites have multiple beds. In the Cabin Family suite, enjoy your own private entrance, private bath, and your own kitchenette equipped with appliances. This suite also offers a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room with cable TV and DVD. A small library of family-oriented books, videos, and games is in the living room of this daylight basement. Sleeps 1 - 8 persons, depending how cozy you wish to be. Quiet quarters also ideal for personal retreat.
On the second floor we have two more suites available, each with a private bath, queen bed and all the BnB amenities. The Dutchman Suite sleeps five persons comfortably. It has a door between two rooms together. One room has a queen bed and the other multiple beds. The Sun suite has a queen bed and a small “sun porch” balcony overlooking a spacious back yard. Amenities (for all the rooms) include free wifi, parking, linens, towels, toiletries, and much more. A delicious, hearty, homemade, Pa Dutch breakfast is a specialty and served in our first floor dining room.
Please let us know in advance of any special dietary needs and we will try to accommodate you. Children are welcome. Smoking is permitted outside only. We sometimes accommodate pets by special arrangement when assured that our non-pet loving guests will be respected. Our Cabin Family Suite is our only pet-friendly suite.
We are conveniently located exactly 3.8 miles from Lancaster City square (location of the Lancaster County Convention Center. We are within walking distance of a large community park, grocery store, restaurants, convenient stores, Millersville University and more. The Susquehanna River is a few miles to our west and affords many outdoor activities.
We can arrange a visit with an Amish family, personal tour, or help you plan activities specific to your interests and wishes. Check out our special packages on our website which includes the opportunity to combine a relaxing stay at our B&B with pastoral counseling or marriage refreshment therapy. Just let us know when making a reservation.

We serve a complimentary, home-cooked, family style breakfast each morning to our guests staying at the BnB. We use fresh, local ingredients and even grow some in our site garden. Breads, preserves, sauces and more provide a unique blend of Pa Dutch cooking and down home tastey atmosphere. Typical menu includes eggs, pancakes, breads, fruits, juices, and hot beverage. We accommodate special dietary requirements when brought to our attention.

Come away with new hope and vision for the future. Sessions are provided on a donation basis for guests, and must be scheduled at room reservation time to guarantee availability.
