Based conveniently on the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County, Columbia Pennsylvania, Chiques Rock Outfitters offers a safe, pleasant outdoor experience that novice and expert paddlers alike will enjoy.

We pride ourselves on offering well maintained equipment, safe transport of you and your craft and customer service for after all it is you that keeps us "afloat."

We also take our recycling program very seriously. We are of the mindset that "we can't get it all but every little bit helps" when it comes to picking up trash on the River, its shoreline and the launches that we frequent.

We also have other various services such as guided and non-guided trips, catering and camping. The catering rates vary due to the amount of people or the fare requested. Please feel free to call us with any questions that you may have and "LETS GET OUT THERE!"

CLIMBING
Chiques Rock is one of the most popular climbs on the East Coast boasting a height of 100ft overlooking the Mighty Susquehanna River from her eastern shore. We can facilitate your experience in a few easy steps. We use only the best Guides and can provide you with all of the equipment. The only thing that you need to do is show up and within 20 minutes, you will be climbing. Great for Teenagers and Team Building!

WHITEWATER KAYAKING
With the addition of the new Whitewater Play Park at the Holtwood Dam, Chiques Rock Outfitters is your source for Camping, Shuttle and Guided trips to the park. Our Guides have been instrumental in the design of this park and we can assure you that nobody does it better!

CYCLING
We will begin renting bicycles for use on the finished portion of the Lancaster County Northwest River Trail at our location at 1028 River Rd in Columbia Pa. We affectionately call this "The Base Camp!" Stay tuned for more information! We can also shuttle you and your rental bikes down to the newly opened Enola low grade/TurkeyHill Trail.

LETS FLOAT!
Start thinking about Birthdays and any other special occasion. We have floats starting at around $42.40 or buy hourly time @ $15.90 per hour to paddle around the scenic arches and observe the many creatures that reside on the Susquehanna just offshore! Bring a fishing rod and your favorite lures and go find that "secret spot" that those on the bank can only dream of! Paddle across the river to the John Wright Restaurant and have lunch! Take the shuttle upstream and float back down to the Park where your vehicle is waiting, right where you left it!
