One With Nature Forest Therapy
Nurturing mind, body, and spirit in nature for healthier, happier lives.
Nature and Forest therapy is a guided, mindful practice to help you immerse in the sights, sounds, and scents of the natural world to foster deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Certified guide, Elizabeth Mills, gives guests the opportunity to participate in a series of carefully crafted invitations. The event concludes with a traditional tea ceremony and light refreshments.
