Hidden in a secluded valley on a 120-acre farm, this Lancaster County landmark dates to 1760. Originally founded as an iron masters forge and home, then stock farm for standardbred racehorses and then dairy farm. Today our grounds are shared with Wolf Sanctuary of PA, a wolf and wolf dog rescue.
Speedwell Forge B&B offers three relaxing private cottages, all with private baths and central air. Each cottage has its own kitchenette, perfect for extended stays. All cottages have a lovely view of the surrounding property, creek or woodlands. We'll start your day right with a breakfast prepared according to your dietary requirements. We encourage you to take a quiet stroll through the sanctuary or head out to explore Lancaster County and Lebanon County and beyond.
