2026 PA Hope Ride Against Cancer Presented by Donegal Insurance Group & Kids Mini Mile

Riders sign up and fundraise for our mission to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. Routes range from Family-Friendly 7.5mile, 16mile and 22mile routes along the river trail, to 30mile, 60mile, 80mile, or 100mile rides through Lancaster and surrounding counties allowing all levels of cyclists to participate. The American Cancer Society Mini Mile is a cycling event that takes place simultaneously with the PA Hope Ride Against Cancer on May 17, 2026. The Kids Mini Mile showcases riders ages 12 and under on flat, 1-mile route is a closed course that stretches along the Donegal Insurance Group's Corporate Center property with rest/water stops along the way.
