Cornwall Iron Furnace will host our annual Cast Iron Cooking Demonstration Saturday, May 4th at the museum located at 94 Rexmont Road in Cornwall, PA from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The event is free to the public.

Several persons will contribute their cast iron cooking skills, making a variety of different foods over open fires. The foods will be available for sampling by visitors while supplies last. Most of the demonstrators are members of The Friends of Cornwall Iron Furnace. The Friends group supports the ongoing preservation of the furnace.

The Cornwall Iron Furnace, its museum and gift shop will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The usual fees will apply for tours. The gift shop will have on hand a large variety of Lodge cast iron cooking utensils and accessories for sale at this event.

Cornwall Manor will have their Blooms and More event on the same day and offer tours of the Buckingham Mansion as well as Railroad Display in the restored Mule Barn.
