Drop-In Winter Watercolor at the Zimmerman Center
February 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026
Throughout February, visitors are invited to drop in to the Zimmerman Center for Heritage to paint with watercolors inspired by the Susquehanna River. Using rotating weekly themes and simple prompts, participants can reflect on how the river has shaped this landscape and the people who have lived here—and how people, in turn, have shaped the river.
No art experience is necessary, and all materials are provided. Visitors may take their artwork home or choose to leave it on display at the Zimmerman Center (and potentially featured on social media). This is a self-guided, relaxed activity suitable for individuals, families, and small groups.
Free and open to the public; donations are appreciated to help cover the cost of materials.
