Heirloom Gardening is fast becoming a hot subject amongst local gardeners, and many are trying to find out what it’s all about and how to be successful with it. This will be a full day of ideas and proven techniques that will inspire you and possibly help you take your heirloom gardening to a new level. Come and enjoy a day of garden inspiration in the midst of winter. We have two extraordinary speakers this year: Pat Brodowski, who is the Specialty Gardener at Monticello, where she has been tending to the thousand-foot-long kitchen garden’s herbs and vegetables for the past ten years, and Amy Goldman, heirloom plant gardener and author of multiple books on her favorite vegetables and heirloom seed gardening in general. This day of learning and discussion should be packed with ideas and success hints from two persons with broad and very different experience. What an opportunity right here in Lancaster!
