Overview

In this workshop, you will learn how to make your own design using cardboard and hot glue to create your own collagraph plate to print onto paper. You will also learn how to create monotypes using plexiglass and ink to transfer designs onto paper from the plexiglass. We will also cover how to create a registration system in order to print multiple designs on top of one another using the two printmaking methods for a varied and layered outcome. This workshop is intended to explore both mark making and compositional studies.
