Head out to Clipper Magazine Stadium on June 24th for Fulton at the Ballpark, a special preview night for the Fulton Theatre's 2022/2023 season! This free event (tickets are required) includes live performances, kids activities, season reveals and more.
Foodie Fun. June 4th and 5th sees the return of the Lancaster VegFest, a celebration of the plant-based lifestyle, to Buchanan Park! You can also explore the flavors of Kitchen Kettle Village on June 4th with a Picnic Tasting Tour. For a fun dining experience, purchase tickets for the Pirate Feast at Bube's Brewery on June 10th!
Wine lovers should head out to Nissley Vineyards on Saturdays for tastings, live music, lawn games and more during their Springing into Summer event.
Enjoy some farm fun with Family Farm Days at Oregon Dairy! The event includes wagon rides, pony rides, agricultural exhibits, samples, and more.
Head downtown on June 24th to Celebrate Lancaster! This event incorporates live music, food trucks, and more in the celebration of Lancaster City.
Commemorate history with Riverfest PA on June 25th and 26th. The last Sunday of June 1863, the Columbia-Wrightsville Bridge was burnt down to stop troops from reaching Harrisburg or Philadelphia. Come out this weekend to participate in outdoor events like paddle boarding and biking, as well as experiencing the history!
Throwback to when you were younger by heading to Dutch Wonderland for Dutch After Dark on June 18th! This fun event features live entertainment, alcoholic beverages, delicious food and of course, everyone's favorite park rides!
Festivals in Lancaster. Join Barnyard Kingdom on June 4th for the Strawberry Festival, with lots of farm fun, live music, contests, and goodies. Cherry Crest Adventure Farm has two festivals in June, the Baby Animal Festival where you can visit the newest farm additions, and the Cider Donut Festival featuring lots of cider donut treats! On June 11th, head out to Mount Hope Estate for Mount Hope BrewFest, a showcase of local breweries offering a variety of beers. If you're interested in history, you should head to the Lititz Spring into History Festival put on by the Lititz Historical Foundation.
All Aboard! Family fun awaits you at the Strasburg Rail Road. Try to escape in time during the Escape Room on the Train, or solve a Murder Mystery all while heading down the tracks to Paradise, PA. Make sure you take the kiddos to see Thomas the Tank Engine during Day Out with Thomas, June 17th-20th. Adults can also enjoy the railroad on the Wine & Cheese Train featuring wine and cheese pairings from Waltz Vineyards, or with live performances during Le Train Cabaret.

Bring your chairs and blankets for the Longs Park Summer Music Series happening through August 28th.

Outdoor Adventure in Lancaster County, PA

Explore the great outdoors with one of Lancaster's hiking and biking trails or some fun activities by and on the river. Stay for awhile at one of Lancaster's great campgrounds to further your outdoor adventure.
Have a unique experience by taking a hot air balloon ride with Lancaster Balloon Rides, ziplining at Refreshing Mountain, or taking a guided tour of the county with Strasburg Scooter Tours. You can also have some fun animal interactions when you visit Refreshing Mountain's Wildlife Center and meet snakes, frogs, birds and other critters and when you visit the pack at the Wolf Sanctuary of PA.

Check out an Amish mud sale, there's three happening this month.
Head into Lancaster City to explore local galleries and peruse shops. On June 3rd, you can even check out First Friday downtown where galleries stay open later and entertainment is all around. On First Fridays, the Lancaster Science Factory's 70+ exhibits are free! Similarly, Lititz offers Second Fridays and Manheim has First Thursdays.
