The Valentine's Specials | Northern & Reading Rail Road

The Valentine's Specials on February 8 & 9 typically include a chocolate treat distributed to all passengers and the train is decorated for Valentine's Day. Passengers have over 4 hours to explore Jim Thorpe before returning to Tamaqua, Port Clinton, and/or Reading. The Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway train will be running. Valentine's Special passengers can purchase Standard Coach tickets for the 1:00pm train at a discounted rate.
