Starting at 9:30 AM at Mad Chef Craft Brewing
60 Minute All Levels Class:
Join us on the patio at Mad Chef for a class that emphasizes purposeful movement synchronized with your breath, providing a continuous flow, along with some static holds, to enhance both your body and mind. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Please bring your own mat.
$20 per person & includes a free Draft or wine after class. Spots are limited, sign up to reserve, and pay on the day of class.
