Memorial Day Train Ride 2024

CALLING ALL SUPERHEROES!
Enjoy a heroic train excursion through the center of Stone Gables Estate on the Harrisburg, Lincoln & Lancaster Railroad celebrating Memorial Day! Before or after your train ride. You can visit our Superhero Training Camp and then join an American Captain, Spider Hero, Amazon Warrior, and Marvelous Captain. Put your superhero skills to the test!

Dates: May 27, 2024

Rates:

• Ages 3+ = $15
• Ages 2 & Under = Free and must sit on a parent's lap.

Your Ticket Includes:

• Kids can meet, interact, and take photos with the American Captain, Spider Hero, Amazon Warrior, and Marvelous Captain!
• Enjoy a Superhero Training Camp with our superhero friends. Family-style obstacle courses and yard games (weather permitting).
• Superhero-themed crafts and activities in the meadow (weather permitting).
• Photo Opts are available at many locations.
• Bring your picnic lunch and enjoy it with your family on the beautiful Stone Gables Estate grounds.
• The Star Barn will be open for self-guided tours.
• Available for purchase, turn your kiddo into a superhero! Backroom Comics will be there drawing kids into their very own superhero comic! They will also have items available for purchase!
• Site Address and Directions to the Train:
• Enter at Brittany's Hope: 1160 North Market Street, Elizabethtown PA 17022. (Please type the physical address listed above into your GPS.)
• Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your train departure time.
• Once you arrive. watch for signage to direct you to the park. Walk to the Ironstone train platform. Please check in with the Guest Services Attendant and give the first and last name of the person who booked the tickets.

Duration:

• Each train ride alone will take about 20 minutes.
• To enjoy all activities & a train ride, expect to be here for about 60+ minutes.
• Parking and Comfort Facilities:
• Mobile restroom facilities are available near the train platform.

Arrive 15-20 minutes before your train departure time, unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. All sales are final. Refunds will be issued by the railroad if a train ride has been canceled. Rates and schedules are subject to change. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor spaces only. Weather Cancellations:
To find out if any train rides have been canceled due to inclement weather, keep a close eye on your email, check Stone Gables Estate's social media, and/or please call 717.902.9791. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 days.
