Building Technician I - Full-time Available Position Summary We are hiring a Building Maintenance Technician I to join our maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for inspecting different equipment and performing basic repairs or preventative maintenance as directed. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in maintenance, be skilled with various hand and power tools, have a keen attention to detail, and the ability to solve mechanical problems. Description: We are seeking a part time, seasonal employee primarily to prepare and serve breakfast to our overnight guests on one or more days a week or weekend. We are flexible in the frequency of days a week you would like to work. The position also includes some front desk duties, cleaning and helping at events from time to time. The cook/server position starts at 8:00 am and 11:30 am is the average time that the employee that does breakfast leaves.
