The Imperial name pays homage to our rich history! Until 1968 the Imperial Bar and Grill stood across the street, and the Imperial Hotel stood on this site from 1870 — 1925. This is the oldest continuous hotel location in the United States. Many influential people and Presidents visited the Hotel. Abraham Lincoln delivered a speech from the Hotel balcony in 1862.
