The Guess Who

As Canada’s first international rock superstars, The Guess Who scored numerous Top Ten hits during the 1960s and early ‘70s including “These Eyes,” “No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature,” “Laughing,” “No Time,” “Hand Me Down World,” and “American Woman.” During the course of its career, the band has released 11 studio albums and charted 14 Top 40 hit singles, two of which went to #1 in the US. While it was sometimes mistakenly thought to be a British group, The Guess Who went on to forge an identity as a distinctly Canadian band, with a diverse sound that included different variations of rock, pop, psychedelia, and even jazz.
