Celebrate America’s 250th birthday at Historic Rock Ford in Lancaster, PA. This free, family friendly two day event will feature educational activities, living history, music, tours, and hands-on experiences that bring the Revolutionary era to life.
Event goers can enjoy:
- Live musicians
- Self-guided tours of the circa 1794 General Hand Mansion
- Living historians and sutlers, both military and civilian, throughout the grounds
- Lancaster’s Revolutionaries exhibit in the Snyder Gallery
- Open hearth cooking demonstrations
- Children’s scavenger hunt
- Period dance demonstrations
- Additional activities to be announced
