Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit with this therapeutic opportunity. These outdoor guided experiences invite you to engage all of your senses in the natural world; deepening your connections, rejuvenating your relationships with not only yourself, but also with other people and the many other beings in nature.
In addition to the personal health benefits of each session, the goal of this 4-week series is to empower individuals to develop and strengthen their own nature connection through re-enforcement of the nature/forest therapy practice with an Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Certified Guide.
Each week has a specific topic or theme, including a consideration of the elements like water and air, fractals in nature and heart sense/body radar explorations. Opportunities to share with others what you are noticing during experiences are offered each session as well as tea ceremony/light refreshments.
SUNDAYS 3:00pm- 5:00pm beginning Sept. 13 -Oct. 18th
$60 per weekly session
