We the People First Friday

It’s time for another We the People First Friday at the Ware Center!

Join us for the 4th Annual “Live from the Red Rose,” presented by Speak to My Soul and A Concrete Rose at 6:30 pm in Steinman Hall! Prepare to be captivated by a mesmerizing blend of dance, spoken word, and music. Witness the electrifying performances of Tieshay Cheryl, Kati La Dramati, Shellyifyanasty, and the renowned Poet Laureate of Lancaster City, Evita Colon. Kicking off the evening are sensational local youth musicians Jaymeir and CEEVON Dixon, the dynamic Unstoppables Drill Team, and more!

In The Regitz Gallery from 6-8 p.m., a reception will celebrate the opening of “Expanded Visions,” a photography exhibition that has kicked off the Lancaster Summer Arts Festival since the 1980s. The show embraces all aspects of photography - from analog to digital, from representational to abstract. The gallery will be on display from June 7 - July 26.
