Brunch with a little bubbly anyone? With a wide variety of breakfast and luncheon options, the Eden Resort’s Sunday Brunch has pretty much anything you can imagine. Be sure to save room to try out the various made-to-order stations ranging from omelets to New York strip steaks. You do not have to be a hotel guest to enjoy this brunch, however, staying overnight and sleeping in sounds pretty good to us.

If you are unsure of what to order we recommend trying the Cinnamon-Stuffed French toast or the Country Breakfast. Both are local favorites at the Cork & Cap’s Sunday Brunch. Also if you like a little booze with your breakfast order the signature Cork Kiss- a bubbly cocktail with cranberry juice and blood orange liqueur.
