On June 27 - 29 join Susquehanna National Heritage to celebrate their annual Riverfest Weekend 2025!
Riverfest commemorates the burning of the Columbia-Wrightsville Bridge during the Civil War. On the last Sunday in June 1863, locals prevented Confederate troops from crossing the river and moving toward Harrisburg or Philadelphia. Confederate troops were forced to turn back and just three days later, the Battle of Gettysburg erupted.

Every Thursday in May until the end of October Lititz Springs Park will be hosting the Lititz Farmers Market. There will be fresh produce, baked goods, live music, and different food truck vendors each week. The Farmers Market celebrates the locally made and grown foods of Lancaster County.
We the People First Friday features community-centered performances and exhibits that represent the great mosaic of Lancaster and beyond with genres as diverse as our nation! FREE and open to the public.
Similarly, you can head to the small town of Manheim for First Thursday and head to downtown Lititz for Second Saturdays, or Elizabethtown for Second Fridays.
