Chef McQuillan's inventive dishes, prepared in an open kitchen visible from the dining room, showcase quality, local ingredients sourced from the region’s fertile farmlands, including the historic Central Market, the oldest continuously operating farmers market in the United States.

The sleek bar at the center of the room invites guests to dine and socialize, offering handcrafted cocktails, a selection of wines by the glass from an extensive wine wall, and locally-inspired pints. Plough is open daily for lunch and dinner, with brunch available on weekends.
