This year, a portion of the proceeds from the Rhubarb Baking Contest and Rhubarb Race Car Derby will directly benefit Lancaster Farmland Trust, an organization that works to preserve Lancaster's valuable farmland.

Make your way to the world's only rhubarb race car derby, where speedy rhubarb vehicles will be featured during each festival day, generating support for the Lancaster Farmland Trust.
