Enjoy the Arts & Culture

The Phillips Museum of Art at Franklin & Marshall College is a Lancaster hidden gem that’s hosting four intriguing exhibitions throughout the month of February. Stop by for the following this month: Hostile Terrain featuring photographs and objects that shed light on the migration from Mexico to the United States, Geometric Aljamia: A Cultural Transliteration highlighting Middle Eastern and Western art-making practices through sacred geometry, and Looking Skyward celebrating sky-gazing through the centuries.
Celebrate Black History Month
Commemorating African American Heritage, the City of Lancaster Visitors Center is hosting the Road to Freedom Exhibit throughout the month of February. The exhibit will feature portraits, maps, prints, photographs and small objects from the Colonial Era through World War II that shine light of the African American perspective through those eras.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day
Those with a sweet tooth will love Chocolate-Covered February in nearby Hershey, PA. Over 90 chocolate-inspired events will be held throughout the month, from family-friendly chocolate lab classes to wine & chocolate pairing events. It’s a wonderful treat for your loved ones this Valentine’s Day.
