To pair with the warm summer weather, Spring House Brewing Company is serving up their Goofy Foot Summer Wheat (5.1% ABV) to refresh beer-lovers. This lighter style ale is clean, crisp, with a zesty finish. Find it on tap at the Hazel Street location or The Taproom, enjoy!

Spring House is brewing up a fruity IPA that is available year-round, but especially satisfying during the summer months. Their Astounding She-Monster Mango IPA (7.5% ABV) is juicy, mildly bitter, and has a tad bit of warmth to add balance. You can taste the ripe mango and tropical hops as you sip it on the patio at either of their locations.

Bohemian Pilsner from Wacker Brewing Company
Summer calls for light, crisp beers and great company. Wacker’s Bohemian Pilsner (4.4% ABV) offers just that with malt characteristics and an aroma of their German hop blend. It’s clean and refreshing, ready to quench your thirst after a day out and about. Find it in cans or on tap at Wacker’s Grant Street tasting room.

All Up In Your Hibiscus from Mad Chef Craft Brewing
This floral-forward twist on their Double Day IPA will remind you of sunny days and bright bouquets. The brewers at Mad Chef Craft Brewing in East Petersburg took their popular IPA and added 8lbs of hibiscus to compliment the hops. All Up in Your Hibiscus (4.8% ABV) is perfect for those who like floral notes and easy-to-drink IPAs.

Spelling Bee from Columbia Kettle Works

Buzz on over to Columbia Kettle Works for their Spelling Bee Blonde Ale (5.0% ABV) that features orange blossom honey and fresh orange zest. This citrusy, sweet ale is lightly hopped and finishes clean. After a day of hiking, this is a great choice paired with one of their tasty sandwiches or cheese & meat plates.

3lb IPA from St. Boniface Craft Brewing Co.
For those who love a well-balanced IPA, head over to St. Boniface Craft Brewing Co. for their 3lb IPA (6.0% ABV), with notes of malty sweetness and grapefruit. Their patio in Ephrata, PA is the perfect place for enjoying a pint of this, or one of their other many beers on tap while catching up with friends.

Rosé Cider from Levengood of Lancaster

If beer isn’t your thing, but you love the apple-based brew, this one is for you. Rosé is the perfect flavor for summer, and Levengood’s Rosé Cider (6.9% ABV) hits the nail on the head. To make this lovely beverage, they fermented cider on top of red raspberry puree, giving it a lovely pink hue.

When in Lititz, make your way to Fetish Brewing Company’s new tasting room inside Rock Lititz. For those hot days, we’re recommending their Submissive IPA (6.8% ABV). You’ll get notes of pine, berries and tropical fruits like mango, making it drinkable and very enjoyable when the summer heat sets in.
